How To Get Maximum FPS For Counter-Strike 1.6

FPS stands for Frame-Per-Second.
A higher FPS means a smoother image. In this case,your CS image will be smooth. But if you experience any lagging during online play,don't blame your FPS because it is maybe cause by slow internet connection or other problems that related to the internet connection or maybe your PC problem.
So,the steps are :

FIRST :

cl_updaterate 101
cl_cmdrate 101
rate 25000
fps_max 999
developer 1

THIRD :
To check your FPS,just type :
net_graph 1/2/3
net_graphpos 1/2/3

cl_showfps 1
